Our dedicated team provides high quality PCB design service for more than 5,000 customers, such as Intel, Cisco, Huawei, Freescale, TI, Lenovo, etc. in the past 11 years. We have 500+ PCB designers located in our offices in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, San Jose, and Yokohama, doing PCB layout for customers from all over the world. We constantly strive to further our technological capabilities, and are now working on DDR4 and 25Gbps+ backplane signal design and simulation.

Edadoc provides 2-64 layered PCBs for fabrication, including HDI, Rigid, Rigid-Flex, & flex boards. Quantities range from prototype to mass production, with high quality, and quick turn available at an excellent cost. We are one of the top PCB fabricators in China because we adhere strictly to manufacturing rules to maintain quality control.

Our Sihui PCB factory was built in 2009 and is has been newly outfitted with advanced machines imported from Japan and Germany. The experts from Japan’s top PCB fabrication company, Fuji joined our team and adopting their processes has allowed us to make higher quality PCBs. We also cooperate with PCB fabrication facilities in Japan and the United States to provide more options and customizable PCB fabrication services to our global customers.

EDADOC provides SMT&PCB Assembly services for prototype to small and medium volume projects. Our PCBA factories are located in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Chengdu. The 16 SMT lines are equipped with high-end FUJI SMT machines, 10 temperature zones reflow ovens, AOI,SPI, X-RAY and BGA rework machines. We also provide the complete production process including SMT, assembly testing and box building.

EDADOC provides convenient quick turn parts sourcing for more than 3,000 of our customers globally. To maintain all our customers, we have plenty of global sources for our supply chain with certain components kept in stock. Our material management is strictly according to the supplier certification system and standard IQC system.
