The demand for wearable and IoT devices is on the rise, and to meet this increasing need, Nisshinbo Micro Devices has introduced the latest innovative LNA, the NT1195. This new LNA is specifically designed to cater to the requirements of these devices, offering high performance in a compact package.

The NT1195 operates within a frequency range of 1164 MHz to 1610 MHz, providing a high gain of up to 18 dB in the L2/L5/L6 bands. What sets this LNA apart is its remarkably low noise figure of just 0.7 dB in the same bands, ensuring optimal signal quality for wearable and IoT applications.

In addition to its impressive performance metrics, the NT1195 boasts an operating current of only 1.9 mA and supports a versatile supply voltage range from 1.5 V to 3.7 V. This allows for prolonged device operation, a crucial feature for the power-efficient requirements of modern mobile and wearable technology.

Despite its powerful capabilities, the NT1195 comes in a small EPFFP-6-FA package size of just 0.7- x 1.1- x 0.37-mm, making it one of the smallest LNAs in its class. With only two external components required for operation, this LNA is not only compact but also easy to integrate into various device designs.

Nisshinbo Micro Devices has developed the NT1195 to address the growing demand for high-efficiency, low-power GNSS applications. The market continues to push for smaller sizes without compromising performance, and this new LNA delivers on both fronts, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications.
