ZutaCore, a leading innovator in cooling technology, has unveiled a groundbreaking development in the form of a single monolithic dielectric cold plate designed to cool the next generation Grace Blackwell superchip. This cutting-edge cold plate is capable of efficiently cooling up to 2.8kW of power, setting a new standard in chip cooling technology.

The direct-to-chip liquid cooling system created by ZutaCore is specifically tailored to support the GB200 superchip, a powerhouse that integrates Nvidia Grace ARM processors and next-generation Blackwell GPUs. This innovative system can cool up to 120kW of rack power without the need for extensive modifications to existing infrastructure, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution for data centers.

Featuring an impressive 400 billion transistors, the Grace Blackwell superchip boasts two Blackwell GPUs, a Grace CPU, and two I/O chips. The integration of a single ZutaCore HyperCool dielectric cold plate directly onto the superchip not only saves space but also delivers exceptional cooling performance, ensuring optimal functionality of the chip.
