Energous Achieves FCC Certification for 2W Wireless Power

The design of the Energous 2W PowerBridge transmitter allows for the delivery of up to 8W Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) in the 900MHz band. This certification is crucial as it ensures compliance with the FCC's equipment authorization rules, including the technical and operational requirements outlined in Part 15 and/or Part 18 of the FCC rules.

With this certification, connected devices such as sensors and tags can now receive critical enterprise data from cloud networks wirelessly and continuously. This eliminates the need for wires, batteries, or cables, ensuring that these devices remain reliably charged at all times.
