Low cost 32bit microcontroller doubles memory

The STM32C051 stands out by doubling the on-chip memory to 64 KB flash and 12 KB SRAM, all while maintaining the same cost point and pinout as the STM32C031. Additionally, the STM32C091 and STM32C092 models offer extended flash density of up to 256 KByte in packages with up to 64 pins. The STM32C0 MCUs are considered the most budget-friendly 32-bit ST parts available.
