Isolated 300W, 600W DC-DC converters for industrial and rail

CUI has launched two high-performance isolated DC-DC converter series for rail and industrial applications.

The PRC300 and 600 series are both designed with 4.2kV isolation with 180 to 400 Vdc and a broad operating temperature from -40 to 100 °C with baseplate cooling,

The PRC300 series half brick DC-DC converter has a wide input voltage and operating temperature range, reinforced insulation, baseplate cooling, and is UL/EN/IEC 62368-1 certified.

The PRC600 series offers 600W of power in a compact brick package and positive and negative logic options for a variety of industrial and high-voltage applications. Additional features include remote ON/OFF control and output voltage trimming.

The DC-DC converter devices provide comprehensive protection features, including over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage, short circuit, and input under-voltage protections. In addition, they meet EN 61373 and EN 45545-2 standards to ensure the highest level of safety possible.
