Which market segment seems promising to you? And why?
When I look at promising market segments today, a few really stand out to me—especially those driven by new-age technologies and sectors with critical strategic importance. At the core of many of these innovations is FPGA technology, which plays a critical role in enabling high-performance, customizable, and scalable solutions across industries.
Aerospace and defense continue to be high-priority sectors. The need for secure, reliable, and mission-critical systems is growing rapidly, and FPGAs are at the heart of many of these applications—from avionics and radar systems to surveillance cameras and secure communication platforms. At VVDN, we’re seeing strong momentum in this space, driven by the need for rapid innovation and deployment.
Railways and SatCom are also evolving at a fast pace. Smart rail infrastructure is leveraging IoT and AI analytics for enhanced safety and efficiency—applications where FPGA-based systems offer the flexibility and performance needed to handle complex, real-time operations. In satellite communication, especially with the rise of low-earth orbit (LEO) constellations, FPGAs are powering advanced telemetry, control systems, and edge processing for global connectivity and remote applications.
What ties all these segments together is the growing demand for highly integrated, intelligent, and real-time systems—all of which benefit from the unique capabilities of FPGAs. At VVDN, we’re proud to bring deep expertise in FPGA design, development, and system integration, enabling our customers to stay ahead in these fast-moving, high-growth markets.
What is a typical customer for VVDN Technologies?
A typical customer for VVDN Technologies includes Tier 1 OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in different market vertical as mentioned above, along with government organization, who are doing a lot of investment in R&D and enterprises across the globe. We work closely with companies across various verticals who are developing next-gen technologies.
One of our key strengths lies in FPGA-based design and development. Many of our customers come to us with complex requirements for high-performance, low-latency, and customizable solutions—especially in areas like networking, 5G, video processing, data centers, and automation. We offer end-to-end FPGA services, including RTL design, board development, verification, and hardware-software integration.
In addition to FPGA, we also support customers working in AI, cybersecurity, IoT, and automation domains. Our goal is to partner with forward-thinking organizations to bring innovative products to life, from concept to production.
Customers are focused on time-to-market, first-time-right, price, etc. Do you see a change in customer behaviour in recent years? Where is the focus today and why?
Over the years, customer priorities have definitely evolved. Traditionally, the focus was heavily on time-to-market and hitting that first-time-right milestone. These were—and still are—critical because speed and quality can make or break a product launch. Price, of course, always played a role, but it often came after ensuring the product could deliver on expectations reliably.
That said, what we’re seeing more recently is a shift influenced by broader market dynamics and technology trends. Today, customers are not only looking for fast and accurate delivery but also placing a bigger emphasis on flexibility, innovation, and collaboration. The complexity of products, especially in areas like IoT, 5G, and AI-driven devices, means they want partners who can adapt quickly to changes, offer end-to-end solutions, and reduce risks in the development cycle.
Moreover, sustainability and ethical sourcing have begun to influence decisions too. Customers increasingly want to align with partners who are responsible and forward-thinking—not just on the product, but on the entire supply chain and manufacturing footprint.
Why this shift? It’s largely because markets are more dynamic than ever. Customers face constant pressure from their own end users and competitors. They need partners who aren’t just vendors but true collaborators, helping them innovate rapidly while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
At VVDN, we’ve embraced this evolution by building flexible engineering capabilities and a collaborative approach that helps our customers innovate faster without compromising on quality or price. It’s about being agile and forward-looking—because that’s what the market demands today.
Are you currently hiring? What type of jobs?

Lunch is a great time to step away from the day-to-day and explore fresh ideas, share experiences, and think big. Whether it’s brainstorming the next breakthrough product or talking about leadership and team culture, I find those discussions energizing. Ultimately, I value conversations that inspire, challenge us, and connect the dots between technology and business impact. Plus, mixing in a bit of fun personal stories or favorite travel experiences keeps the lunch both inspiring and enjoyable!
How do you spend your time outside working hours?
Outside of work, I prioritize spending meaningful time with my family. It’s important for me to disconnect from the day-to-day hustle and just be present with loved ones—whether that’s sharing meals, enjoying weekend activities, or simply catching up. Family time helps me recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is essential given the demands of a senior leadership role.
I’m also passionate about exploring new destinations whenever possible. Traveling not only broadens my horizons but also offers a chance to immerse myself in different cultures, traditions, and ways of thinking. Meeting people from diverse backgrounds energizes me and often sparks new ideas that I can apply professionally.
Another important aspect of my life is spirituality. I make time for daily reflection, mindfulness, or spiritual reading, which helps me stay grounded and centered amidst the fast pace of work. This inner clarity often brings a sense of purpose and calm that positively influences how I lead and make decisions. For me, spirituality is a way to stay connected with deeper values while navigating both personal and professional journeys.
