These enhancements, combined with very low RDS(on), improved switching performance, and excellent EMI behavior, result in unparalleled efficiency, power density, and reliability. Furthermore, a faster and softer body diode contributes to up to 59 percent lower Qrr, reducing overshoot and ringing.
