Nanotec Expands Leadership Team
Munich-based motor and drive specialist Nanotec has recently made changes to its leadership team. CEO Stephan Huber and CTO Christian Hainzlmaier will now lead the company alongside CFO Elke Zec and Durmus Özcan, who has been appointed as the Chief Sales Officer.
The company's founder, Benno Wimmer, has stepped down from his operational role. Nanotec stated that Zec has been serving as the business controller since 2015 and was promoted to commercial manager in 2020. Özcan, on the other hand, has been responsible for sales and marketing in the company's subsidiaries across Europe, Asia, and the US since 2021.
Established in 1991, Nanotec claims to be the first to introduce a plug-and-drive motor with an integrated controller back in 1996.
