First showcased at MWC Barcelona in February and now generally available in this new product release, Cerillion introduces an innovative approach that takes users straight from concept to configuration. The system automatically creates new products, packages, and workflows based on pictures and diagrams, all while prioritizing commercial and customer data privacy from the outset.
With Cerillion 24.1, users can now benefit from both image recognition and natural language user interfaces. This advancement turbocharges how Communication Service Providers (CSPs) manage their products and services by empowering non-technical teams to drive the configuration process. Among the highlights in this release is the focus on Digital Experience.
As part of its ongoing modernization program, Cerillion has rolled out its new Self Service feature for initial customer projects. This new Self Service is built on a completely new architecture, boasting a user-centric design and a composable digital experience. CSPs can enjoy the advantages of working with a product-based system while having the ability to enhance the core product using a visual content management system (CMS).
The Mobile Commerce aspect of Cerillion's offerings has also seen significant updates. The Mobile App has undergone extensive enhancements, leveraging Cerillion's API-first architecture to provide online sales capabilities using the same APIs as CRM Plus and Self Service. Additionally, a newly refreshed UI design offers a modern and intuitive user experience.
Furthermore, in the realm of Revenue Management, Cerillion has introduced increased flexibility in Revenue Manager. Users now have additional options for pausing and restarting charging when accounts are suspended. Moreover, there are configurable general ledger aggregation features using user-defined fields.
Cerillion continues to prioritize standards-based integration, certifying its use of TM Forum Open APIs. In this release, conformance has been achieved for TMF674 Geographic Site Management and TMF641 Service Ordering Management, reaching Platinum-level certification. Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion, expressed excitement about the launch of Cerillion 24.1, highlighting the significance of GenAI-powered image recognition in transforming the process of building new products and services for CSPs.
