Rambus Introduces DDR5 Server PMICs for AI Workloads

With the introduction of a new family of server PMICs, Rambus is revolutionizing the landscape for module manufacturers by offering a comprehensive DDR5 RDIMM memory interface chipset that caters to a wide array of data center use cases.
