Sasken Partners with Trustonic for Enhanced Vehicle Security

Trustonic, a leading cybersecurity company based in the UK, has recently announced a strategic partnership with Sasken Technologies, a prominent technology solutions provider in India. This collaboration aims to enhance security options in automotive designs, catering to the increasing demand for advanced protection in modern vehicles.

By joining forces, Trustonic and Sasken engineers will work closely together to develop and implement cutting-edge security solutions for higher-level applications and services within the automotive industry. Trustonic's SecureOS, known for safeguarding the digital cockpit and V2X communications links, will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data transmitted and processed in vehicles.

In a separate development, Sasken Technologies has also teamed up with Qualcomm to further strengthen their offerings for the automotive customer base. This partnership underscores the growing importance of security and reliability in connected vehicles, as the industry continues to evolve towards autonomous driving and smart transportation solutions.

Established as a joint venture between ARM, G+D, and Thales in 2012, Trustonic has emerged as a global leader in cybersecurity, with a focus on developing secure solutions for a wide range of devices and systems. In May 2022, Trustonic achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the world's first comprehensive EAL5+ certification for its Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) technology, 'Kinibi'.
