The TXMC397 series represents a cutting-edge addition to TEWS Technologies' product lineup, catering to the needs of various demanding applications with its high-speed Ethernet connectivity. Consisting of two variants, the TXMC397-10R and TXMC397-20R, this module offers exceptional performance and flexibility. The former features two 10GBase-T Ethernet interfaces via P16 Back I/O mapped in the X12d range, while the latter provides the same interfaces mapped in the X8d range, as specified in the VITA46.9 standard.

"The TXMC397 is engineered to address the demands of high-speed data communication, empowering our customers with unmatched capabilities in challenging environments," stated Tim Tews, the General Manager of TEWS Technologies.

Designed to support a wide range of Ethernet standards and speeds, the TXMC397 is well-suited for applications across various sectors, including COTS, industrial, and IoT markets. With dual-channel 10GBase-T Ethernet support, this module is versatile, accommodating multiple Ethernet speeds and standards such as 100Base-TX, 1000Base-T, and NBase-T.

Not only does the TXMC397 excel in performance, but it also boasts a robust design that ensures reliable and efficient operation. The product's impressive MTBF [Mean Time Between Failures] underscores TEWS Technologies' commitment to durability and quality, instilling confidence in users regarding its longevity and reliability.

Equipped with Intel's X710-AT2 10 Gigabit Ethernet controller and a 64 Mbit Serial Flash for PXE and iSCSI boot, the TXMC397 offers comprehensive features. Software support for the controller is readily available on Intel's official website, with additional assistance provided by TEWS Technologies for other operating systems.

The module's P15 XMC-Connector facilitates access to the Intel X710-AT2 dual port 10GbE controller through a x4 PCIe 3.0 link. Both Ethernet interfaces support transmission rates of 100 Mbit/s, 1000 Mbit/s, as well as 2.5 Gbit/s, 5 Gbit/s, and 10 Gbit/s. Meanwhile, the P16 XMC-Connector enables rear I/O connectivity with VITA46.9 X12d or X8d mapping, enhancing the module's versatility.

Compliant with the ANSI/VITA 42.0 standard, the TXMC397 module features a compact form factor measuring 143.75 x 74 mm. Additionally, it supports the Precision Time Protocol (PTP) in accordance with IEEE 1588/802.1AS standards, ensuring precise time synchronization for critical applications.
