Advanced Energy Industries (AEI) has introduced a groundbreaking modular power system that caters to the varying power needs of LED lighting, ranging from 24 kW to 144 kW. This innovation, known as the LumaDrive Pre-wired Systems series, is specifically designed for large-scale horticultural, greenhouse, and industrial LED lighting applications.

The LumaDrive series features high-efficiency remote centralized drivers that combine multiple 4 kW modules into a cost-effective pre-wired cabinet. This setup not only simplifies installation but also allows for easy "hot swap" repairs, eliminates the need for extra dimming control connections, and ultimately reduces the overall cost of implementing large-scale lighting systems.

These systems are engineered to thrive in challenging environments such as horticulture, warehouses, factories, and parking garages. With configurations available in 144 kW, 72 kW, 36 kW, and 24 kW, users can combine up to 36 units of the 4 kW power modules in a pre-wired cabinet to meet their specific power requirements.

The 24 kW option is housed in a NEMA 3R-rated enclosure, making it ideal for high-moisture atmospheres like greenhouses. This platform facilitates rapid deployment of scalable, efficient centralized power solutions that offer enhanced flexibility in designing and optimizing lighting layouts, improved energy efficiency, reduced operational costs, and simplified maintenance procedures.

The LumaDrive system expedites installation by eliminating the need for assembling individual modules. By leveraging native three-phase power with a centralized architecture, the system reduces fixture weight, simplifies maintenance, and enhances energy efficiency for large-scale LED lighting setups. Additionally, it eliminates the necessity for dimming controls on each light and allows control of up to six zones per enclosure, granting lighting installers significant design flexibility.
