Mediatek is working on developing chips that incorporate an ultra low latency Bluetooth technology created by LG. This innovative technology is set to revolutionize the gaming experience by significantly reducing input lag and enhancing overall performance.

The LG ultra low latency Bluetooth technology made its debut in a gaming controller developed by Razer, which was successfully paired with an LG webOS smart TV, showcasing an impressive 1ms input lag. This breakthrough has opened up new possibilities for seamless and responsive gaming interactions.

LG and MediaTek have joined forces to further enhance the BT ULL technology, aiming to integrate it into the existing MT7921 WiFi6 chipset. This chipset, part of MediaTek's Filogic series, promises to deliver cutting-edge performance and reliability for a wide range of applications.

Razer took the lead in implementing the BT ULL technology by developing the first game controller optimized for cloud-based gaming. This controller is designed to provide an exceptional gaming experience across various genres, including FPS, fighting, and racing titles.

Looking ahead, LG is planning to launch a certification program for third-party game controllers to ensure seamless compatibility with LG webOS smart TVs. Razer is poised to be the first recipient of LG's certification, solidifying its position as a pioneer in adopting the latest gaming technologies.
