New Guerrilla LNA Offers Flat Gain Response in 5-8GHz Range

Guerrilla RF, a leading provider of RF and microwave integrated circuits, is now sampling a groundbreaking low noise amplifier (LNA) that offers an exceptionally flat gain response over a single 5 to 8 GHz broadband tune.

Operating at 6 GHz, the GRF2110 LNA delivers impressive performance metrics. It provides 16.3 dB of gain, 22 dBm of OP1dB compression, 38 dBm of OIP3 linearity, and a low noise figure of 1.2 dB. These measurements were taken on the device's standard evaluation board, with de-embedded NF values approximately 0.2 dB lower.

One of the key features of the GRF2110 is its flexible biasing architecture, which allows for customizable tradeoffs in linearity and power consumption. Supply voltages can range from 2.7 to 6 V, although most customers will opt for a standard 5 V supply with 70 mA of biasing current.
