SweGaN Receives Orders for GaN-on-SiC Epitaxial Wafers

The company revealed that it has received orders totaling 17 MSEK for its QuanFINE® epitaxial wafers, including three major frame agreements from key players in the telecommunications and defense markets. Furthermore, SweGaN has commenced deliveries of epitaxial wafers from its state-of-the-art facility in Linköping, Sweden. SweGaN also announced the successful completion of customer qualification with a prominent device manufacturer, further solidifying its position in the market.
