Silicon Labs has joined forces with Mouser and Arduino to launch an exciting design challenge centered around the innovative Matter protocol. The Matter Challenge is designed to engage individuals of all skill levels, with the goal of inspiring the Silicon Labs community and beyond to create unique projects using the Arduino Nano Matter Board, available through distributor Mouser. This thrilling challenge officially kicks off today and is open to participants in Europe and the US, with submissions being accepted until October 31st.

Participants in the Matter Challenge have the opportunity to win a range of exciting prizes, including a $500 USD Mouser e-gift card, access to training courses, and a pair of Bose headphones. To enter the challenge, individuals are encouraged to submit their projects in any format, as long as the content is original and presented as a project on the Silicon Labs community platform. Each submission must include a write-up of at least 150 words, and participants can also include videos as a link within their project, accompanied by a brief description.

The winner of the Matter Challenge will be announced on November 7, 2024, and will be personally contacted by the Silicon Labs team. A distinguished panel of judges, comprising experts from Silicon Labs, Arduino, and Mouser, will evaluate the submissions. Their collective knowledge and experience ensure that each project is assessed thoroughly and fairly. The organizers are eagerly anticipating the diverse and innovative solutions that participants will bring to the table.
